“Thank you for a lovely holiday, the cottages were lovely and clean and had everything we needed . The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Our son enjoyed the games room and playing football with Harry , he didnt want to go home. Sky then farm is ideally located lovely views and perfect for days out . Our older daughter loved the ponies and the pool, it has something for everyone all ages. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend . We also look forward to returning ! ”

“My family and I would like to express our thanks to Bill and Kathryn for make our stay so relaxing for our stay over the Feb half term. We stayed in Sea View and it was really clean, very comfortable and cosy. The walking in Exmoor was fantastic I especially recommend the Valley of the Rocks near Lynton and the Hunters Inn was a welcoming watering hole. I must say that Smythen Farm is in the ideal location for a really enjoyable walking holiday. We will be back again soon ”

“What a brilliant week: this is an ideal holiday location for families with dogs and small children!! Our 2 year old Molly enjoyed all of the farm animals, swimming in the pool, and all the outdoor toys! We loved Putsborough Beach ( loads of pools for Molly crab in and dogs welcome as well) Mollys first train experience on a train was a stream train at Woody Bay 25 Min trip she loved it. Fish and Chips at Squires Braunton- Delicious Hope to be back very Soon ”

Honey Pot is a beautiful compact cottage, fully equipped, ideal for couples plus small child and is dog friendly. Change over day Friday.

 
Forest View Sleeps 6

A large, spacious, poppular, cottage that sleeps 6 / 7 ideal for large family or large group, large spacious kitchen and living area. Dog friendly. There is car parking in the carpark. .

 
Sea View Sleeps 5

Superb family holiday cottage, with stunning view across the North Devon coast. Just been fully referbished. Change over day Friday.

 
Primrose Lane Sleeps 4

A compact cottage just refurbished with a double bedroom. Can sleep up to 4 with 2 Zip beds

This cottage has been fully refurbished 2011 winter.Meadow Sweet is the largest cottage at Smythen Farm and is well sort after for large families or 2 families sharing. Beautiful views across the Sterridge Valley. Parking in main car park.

An excellent spacious family cottage sleeping 5, with beautiful views of the Sterridge valley. The vaulted ceilings give a large bright spacious living area. Central heating included October to May, May to October a surcharge will apply Change over day Saturday.
